苜蓿（Medicago sativa）又名紫苜蓿。豆科。多年生草本，高约1米。三出复叶，互生，小叶倒卵形或倒披针形，上部叶缘有锯齿；托叶披针形。总状花序，花蓝紫色，花冠蝶形；雄蕊10，成（9）+1的二ㄌ逍廴铮迫*1心皮。荚果，成螺状卷曲，有数种子；种子肾形，黄褐色。原产欧洲及亚洲中部。我国北部和西北部广为栽培，有时逸为野生。为优良饲用植物。茎叶都可利用，放牧、青饲或调制干草、青贮料、干草粉等，根也可喂牛。一年可割草3～4次，鲜草亩产量可达1万公斤。欢迎新老客户垂询!
